  If I could pick a zero star I certainly would have. Worst customer experience of life. Was told the new owner didn't have a relationship with the Canon rep so they couldn't fulfill the order. This was after I was told it would be ordered and in the following week. I had to call to get this info, not vice versa. If you're reading this, take it for what it is. Save yourself a huge hassle and drive right by and go anywhere else. Henry's in Brampton or Vaughan. They have a relationship with who they sell products for!!

  Awful experience. Bad customer service.
  
  My husband took a passport photo the evening before I picked them up. He was first brushed off because it was close to closing time. He however, got them made and I picked them up the next morning.
  We weren't too pleased with them and decided to go elsewhere, where the lighting etc was different.
  
  Because the receipt explicitly states that returns are permitted within 30 days, I didn't see a problem in doing that.
  First, after the cashier tried explaining to me why I shouldn't, I insisted on the on the return.
  It was okayed.
  
  By the time I offered them my card , she and who seemed to be the owner, changed their mind. They said they had already worked on the picture, which I understand. If that , however, precludes returns, that exemption should be stated on the receipt.
  I insisted, but to no avail. They both made clear to me that they didn't care if they lost me as a future customer. ( I was contemplating to have them enlarge and frame a wedding picture).
  
  I'm all for supporting local businesses because we ourselves are small business owners, but I rather take my money where I'm appreciated.
